OHRV and Snowmobile Registration Fees

Different Types Of Registrations And Corresponding Fees

Annual registrations run May 1 through April 30. New season annual registrations generally become available in late April.

Note: A $2.00 transaction fee is included in the registration price.

10-Day Temporary OHRV Registrations are only available to non-residents, May through October for wheeled vehicles only. The fee is $42. Available only at select agents.

Permanent antique registrations are only available at NH Fish and Game Headquarters.

Antique ATV and Trail Bike Registrations are only available to Residents of New Hampshire. The registration cannot be transferred; and is only valid for the registered owner, as long as they remain a resident of New Hampshire. The ATV or Trail Bike must be at least 25 years old; the fee is $54.50.

Antique Snowmobile Registrations are available to Residents and NonResidents (as of 9/1/2020). The registration cannot be transferred. The Snowmobile must have been manufactured in the year 1994 or prior; the fee is $151.00.

Other miscellaneous registrations such as dealers, rentals, trails maintenance, and duplicate registration certificates are only available at NH Fish and Game Headquarters.

*Snowmobile: For member rate, must be a member of a New Hampshire snowmobile club affiliated with the NH Snowmobile Association. Must present, at each time of registration, membership voucher with NHSA member ID number, issued to registrant for corresponding registration year.

**Other (ATV) and Trail Bike: For member rate, must be a member of a New Hampshire wheeled vehicle club affiliated the NH Off Highway Vehicle Association. Must present, at each time of registration, membership voucher with NHOHVA member ID number, issued to registrant for corresponding registration year.

NOTE: For registration purposes, a family membership shall include the member and spouse, no other persons.
